Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Certain hygiene products and food items are non-returnable for health & safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will send instructions for the return process, including where to send the item.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
