At Pettles, we’re dedicated to delivering quality pet products to homes across the UK as smoothly and efficiently as possible. To offer a wide range of products for all pets, we work with trusted fulfilment partners who dispatch items directly to our customers.

  1. Shipping Coverage
    We currently ship to UK addresses only.

  1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
  1. Estimated Delivery Times (UK)
    Delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfilment location:

  • Some items are dispatched from within the UK and usually arrive within 2–4 business days.
  • Other items may take 10–35 days to arrive.

    Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or high-demand periods.
  1. Shipping Costs
    We are currently providing shipping at now extra cost.

  2. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided by email where available once your order has been dispatched.
  • Not all items include tracking, particularly smaller or lower-value products.
  1. Split Shipments
    If your order includes multiple items, they may be delivered separately due to different fulfilment locations. You will not be charged extra for split deliveries.

    While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier or postal service disruptions.

    Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Pettles Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
